yoga pod is located at the 29th street mall in boulder. a studio where the traditions of yoga practice are respected and made accessible to all. we encourage our students to make yoga relevant to their own personal experience and their lives.

at the yoga pod we offer vinyasa yoga, hot yoga and forrest yoga. these styles allow our students to experience different views on the physical form of yoga postures.
